House rules
Bed linen and towels kit can be rented on site at an extra cost: €12 per person, per stay. You can also choose to bring your own. A high chair and a baby cot can be rented for €10 each.
Final cleaning is not included at an extra cost of 65€ except kitchenette, dishes and trash.
A baby cot is available on request at €10 extra fee per stay. A high chair is also available on site at an extra cost of €10 per stay. A baby bath is available at a €5 extra charge per stay.
Please note that 2 pets maximum per cottage will be accepted at an extra cost of 8€ per night. First and second categories dogs are not accepted.
The customer must notify in advance any arrival outside reception opening hours.
Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available on request outside July and August for a €19 extra fee, each.
If you plan to arrive outside of reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection. Their contact details are on your booking confirmation.
The fine print

• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• Piscine extérieure non chauffée is closed from Sun 13 Sept 2026 until Fri 14 May 2027
• A damage deposit of €250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $280. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
