House rules
Bed linen can be rented on site at an extra cost: €14 per double bed, €10 per single bed and each bed of pull-out sofa bed, per stay, towels kit: €8 per person, per stay. You can also choose to bring your own.
Final cleaning is not included at an extra cost of 65€ except kitchenette, dishes and trash. A baby kit is available on request at €30 extra fee per stay including a cot, a high chair and a baby bath. An electric barbecue can be rented on site.
Please note that 2 pets maximum per cottage will be accepted at an extra cost of 8€ per night. First and second categories dogs are not accepted. The customer must notify in advance any arrival outside reception opening hours.
Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available on request outside July and August for a €19 extra fee, each.
An additional cleaning deposit at the rate of the final cleaning service per type of accommodation is required. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before the deposit is returned. Fees may apply depending on the condition of the accommodation. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.

• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

• A damage deposit of €250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about $280. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
