House rules
Please note rooms accommodating pets may be limited. Guests who wish to travel with pets are advised to inform the property in advance. There is a £15 per pet, per night extra charge.
Please note that bedrooms booked in the Annex are situated across the road in the Oakbank House and are accessed via steps.
When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents.
