Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building. This includes bedrooms and public areas. Anyone found to have been smoking in the building will be liable for a cleaning fee of £150 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning. In addition any soiling or damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.
