+ The room we got was on the fourth floor of a set of narrow steep stairs, not much wider than my large suitcase. There were four of us with four large suitcases and four carryons and four backpacks, it was a lot to carry up four flights of stairs. The room was very clean and the shower was great. + You get what you pay for! There were six of us playing golf over two days so wanted one nights accommodation. £68 each for our own rooms was an acceptable price to pay. Easy walking distance into Southampton centre, and pay parking is available across the road from the rooms.
− Accommodation is a bit tired. It's basically an old building changed into a multi occupancy dwelling. Plaster is falling off the walls going up the stairs in a few places, but again I say you get what you pay for! I was lucky and had a fan in my room but the other 5 said their rooms were stifling hot. For one night's Accommodation knowing that we weren't spending much time in the room, other than to sleep, it was easily acceptable.

+ The cheapest place to stay on the night.
− The property is not manned, quite dirty, the wall in the stair well plaster was crumbling, one of the panes of glass in our room had been broken and was sealed with a plastic sheet. You definitely get what you pay for.

+ The room was well equipped with all necessary utilities and more (minibar). Bathroom looked and worked great. Room lock worked good and towels were supplied. Location was great.
− Room carpet wasn't exactly clean, room door hinges had seen better days and hallways smelled funky. No staff/staff contact info available on site and building was noisy at nights.
