- If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program, where the price is reduced by the property or website for actions like repeat business, logging in, using a coupon code, referring others, or any other action that reduces the original price.
- If your current reservation is a "Partner offer" (these are labeled as such on our platform and are provided by partner companies) or if you're comparing the other offer to a "Partner Offer" on our platform.
- If you cancel your booking.
- If you book a single-unit property, which by nature can't be available elsewhere.
- Stays reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding a customer's eligibility to receive the price match.

- Validate that the cheaper offer meets all the requirements (review checklist).

- After claim validation, we will amend the reservation price (if possible) or provide further instruction for you to claim an after-stay refund of the price difference.
- Stays reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding a customer's eligibility to receive the price match.

House rules
Please note that there is a charge payable at hotel for using the spa facilities. The spa must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. This can be done using the Special Requests box when booking or by using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Guests who have not booked a spa package are charged £20 per person for 3 hours of spa access plus a bathrobe, towel and slippers. Please pre-book your spa session before you arrive at the hotel.
We welcome well behaved dogs at The Bridge Hotel and Spa. Please inform us in your booking notes or call the hotel directly should you be visiting with your dog/dogs – maximum of two dogs per room. Our rates are £30 per night per dog.
