+ Apartment very clean, felt very secure with multiple pass codes doors. I was nervous about getting access having read previous reviews but the details were clear and sent through to me about 12 hours before we arrived- extra security here felt good. Just don’t try and let yourself into the door by the lock box as we did for ages before figuring out where the actual front door is. + Once we were inside, the property was amazing and exceeded all expectations! We had no idea the views would be fantastic across the town over to the hills beyond. Everything in the apartment was to a very high standard and spotless.
− The electronic key access did not work and we had to wait outside attempting to call the different contact numbers for 25 minutes before we could be given a new code to gain access. The emergency line did not pick up straight away. Our children had to sit on the step at the side of the property as we could not access the porch. Another resident informed us he has been buzzed before by others experiencing the same problem. A small but very important request, it was kind to supply dishwasher tablets but please store these OUT OF REACH as they were under the sink and in an open container. Fortunately I found these before my inquisitive toddler!

+ Excellent location, high standard apartment, good value for money.
− It was during the heatwave and there was only one fan provided, I had to move it between room to help children sleep. Internet work only in the evening when we checked in, and not for the rest of the stay - 3 days. We notified hosts and they asked us to restart router, we did try to make it work but there was still no internet connection and it wasn’t resolved until we left.
