+ The Church house Inn was value for money, at the lower end of what we have paid for a bed in a Hotel. It compared to what we paid to a double room in a backpackers. We would absolutely recommend it to a budget traveler, who doeskin mind quirks. Bar staff who took us to our room were friendly, as was the chef. We paid 14 pounds each for breakfast which was freshly made by the chef, and worth the money. The owner had sent someone out to buy fans, as we were there in what the British call a heat wave.
− The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the sheet were synthetic, and not great in the heat. I would have loved a small fridge to put cold drinks or water in. The corridors smelled badly of mould, but the room itself didnt.
