+ Excellent location. Very comfortable and spacious room. Beautiful view. The breakfast was superb and brought over to us by Lisa as the pub itself was closed due to a fire. Cannot recommend this highly enough. We will be returning.

+ This is a beautiful little inn in the middle of Kent. The rooms are large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful...also delicous. This was our favorite place to stay in the 3 weeks we were traveling.
− The only thing I can think of is that I left behind my favorite coat, though I didn't discover that until 3 days later. We drove back to the inn and the coat was missing-possibly put away. We finally got word that it was found and I am waiting to see if the hotel will return it to me. I am willing to pay whatever that costs but the communication about it has not been great.

+ The setting in the estate grounds is superb. Peaceful. Welcome when we arrived was helpful and very friendly. Room was part of a cottage, well soundproofed. Beautiful walk in grounds. Lovely continental breakfast. Staff were super.
− Clear bathroom window where person walked past...on ground floor. No shower and don't think anyone has tried to use coffee making facilities! Can't get cups under espresso machine sports and kettle lead too short to be able to pour.
