- Check in could have been much easier with more information & photos. It took at least 20 mins & several phone calls to locate the back entrance to the property through the car park. Once you know it`s fine! It was not pleasant to find ants on the kitchen surfaces, & crawling over the beds in the twin room. It was disruptive when workmen arrived on 2 consecutive afternoons, particularly when dismantling scaffolding, & throwing it down outside the window. We were not informed the hot tub would not be available, I had been planning to use it, & would like to have had the option. Check in could have been much easier with more information & photos. It took at least 20 mins & several phone calls ...

+ Great location Good amenities Great kitchen Promptness of the agency to resolve the waste pipe issue, maintenance team were good
− First impressions, the garden area is full of weeds and unkept Double bed was too small for 2 people Noisy upstairs’ resident, needs sound proofing as we had issues that the loud music could be heard on a number of days, we were devised by the maintenance crew that this is a regular occurrence. Additionally, the sound of their washing machine going full spin cycle at 11:20pm makes the corner of the property vibrate and is very loud. Agency dismissive with our complaint about the noise issues.

+ Nice and modern with everything we needed. Lovely family kitchen and well thought out. Lounge was comfy with plenty of side tables. Bedroom compacted and nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Great having our own parking spot.
− No covering over door or window which was in the main seating room. The shower base was slippy. Bedroom 2 had 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double as stated. Windows dirty outside. Grass long and outside furniture covered in cobwebs and dirty. Old bq dumped by the side of the outside child’s play house which had a note on it to say not to use. Hot tub a disappointment as it’s very much on show with a public footpath running round the garden with a low fence. Also the lid blow off a couple of times while we were out and flies etc in it! The clips to secure it are broken/missing. This is a great property and I would definitely go back! It is just such a shame it was let down by maintenance outside as the inside was great.
