Single sex bookings - Groups of 4 or more predominantly male or female guests will be required to pay a deposit on arrival - either by credit card, cash or pre authorization of a card. Deposits are fully refundable providing no damage has been done during your stay. Group bookings - Bookings of 4 plus guests - pre payment is required in full and cancellation charge is 100 % of the stay.
