− I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this B&B. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable — it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all as advertised. It was so bad that we couldn’t even stay the night, which caused a huge amount of stress and inconvenience, especially as I was travelling with my daughter. What has made this situation even worse is the complete lack of communication from the staff. I have sent multiple emails raising my concerns and requesting a response, yet I have received nothing back. This level of customer service is simply not acceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Not only was the accommodation below basic standards, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward has been incredibly frustrating. I am still awaiting a response and resolution.

+ I’d say 1)The beds, which could do with new mattress 2) Showers, not great as shower handle not staying on the hook & one of the shower not draining properly, 3) Rooms could do with TLC Overall, nice stay but expect music from the pub below 4) Budget accommodation, which is great The Rating- 7/8 out of 10 Not sure what everyone else thought’s are?
