- After you book and pay the asking price you get a message stating a £100 deposit must be paid to confirm the booking if not paid then the booking will be cancelled without refund. The deposit is then supposed to be refunded into your account up to 6 weeks later. After waiting for up to 20 minutes for someone to show up with the keys, I got him to come up and check the apartment so they couldn't say I've damaged anything after I leave. + Easy access to the beach
− No warning about being above a karaoke bar that goes on until 3am. Very basic. Looks half finished. Plug sockets loose. Light bulbs blown. No toilet rolls. Not massively clean. No pots or pans. Could do with extra pillows. Easier communication re check in. But it was a bed to (attempt) to sleep in for the night.

+ Only couple of positive things was the location was good and the staff member (cannot remember his name) was helpful getting some issue sorted by getting professional to fix few issues and provinding some cleaning materials.
− I dont know about other room but i can certainly share my experience about our family suite apartment. Our experience was not great with this property. Starting from checkin itself where our room was not ready by checkin time and had to wait more than 45 mins outside property. Most important thing was the photo that is been advertised, it looked like it was AI cleaned photo which looked perfect for booking but the reality was different. Property was average and it was dirty and smelly. Female hair all around floor, sofa corner were filled with dirt, bottom room was full of cigarette smell, broken hand wash tap in bathroom and broken bathroom lock and list goes on. We had to go to the corner shop and buy some cleaning materials and end up cleaning apartment ourselves. I will surely not go to this place again and I hope my review might help some.
