+ The property was absolutely stunning. It is set in a field that is surrounded my wildlife and has stunning views. The building itself you can tell has so much history and has been thought out beautifully. The bed was insanely comfortable and so big. The cleanliness was out of this world and so well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Even down to recharging torches and clothes horse. We had to drive down a field to gain access and we loved this, it is a stunning property and the perfect get away. The shower was so clean and so powerful. The couch is even comfier than ours at home and was beautifully decorated, everything flowed. The hot tub was beautifully clean and so so relaxing, the perfect addition. The welcome book was informative and Rosie the site manager was fantastic. We left and cleaned through and she was ever so grateful. I even lost a charm off my bracelet while I was there and she went out of her way to check the property once we had left! The property was absolutely stunning. + Wonderful experience. The only thing that let it down was the companies attentiveness to the phones being lacking. However once I finally did manage to get hold of Sykes cottages and went on our holiday it was very pleasant. The location was absolutely stunning so that itself massively redeemed our previous expectations. The Kennels conversion itself was lovely however can do with some basic updating like for instance the skylights are beautiful but could do with shutters for the early morning as it's very blinding first thing. We would recommend potential guests to bring an eye mask. The doors could also be looked at as we struggled to keep our dog out of our friends bed room. Also the farm could do with some signs and easier access as it was a rough road on arrival if you don't have an offer roader vehicle. We found an easier access route while we were there but had there of been signs we wouldn't of had to go the rough way to begin with. There were a few other silly things but nothing worth complaining about and issues that can easily resolved. Other than that our stay was heavenly and would highly recommend this stay.
