+ Perfect location at the top of the main street in Haworth. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The corner bath was just divine, much needed after being blown to bits by the autumn weather! I was in a room at the back of the property so it was nice and quiet. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room, as well as biscuits and 2 bottles of spring water. There was a hairdryer provided and Iron and ironing boards were also available and were available to take from the hallway. I had my evening meal in the bar as I couldn't face going back out in the cold. The food was very good quality and arrived quickly and piping hot. The breakfast was great, good quality sausage and bacon and Taylors filter coffee. I had a really lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook. + The pub, common spaces and our room were clean and tidy, decor gives a classic small town pub and hotel feel. The staff were friendly, drink prices were reasonable and the food was delicious.
− The premises was left short staffed on a busy weekend, the staff working were fantastic but there was a mix of complaints about wait times and sympathy for the struggling and over worked team members. No discredit to them, better staffing needs to be organised by management.
