+ We chose the hotel as it was near to where we had a meeting the following day. The photo of the hotel was not encouraging but inside it was warm and welcoming, the room was a little small but had everything we needed including a large desk area. - Only minor issues - The breakfast was good but some items were at eye level for someone of smaller stature and you had to reach across items at the front to get things from the back of the shelf. − Roxanne was brilliant and her English was good enough to make me feel very welcome. Dinner was excellent. I hesitated about staying in a 2-star hotel; I won't again.

+ Comfortable, very clean, with good outdoor seating. Staff lovely, in particular housekeeping staff who alerted us to the availability of an electric fan for use by guests; it was canicule and the premises is not air-conditioned. The restaurant was closed; we were not informed of that when we booked. It is not open Friday evening through Sunday; there seems to be no public transport to the city centre, so we had to settle for a just average meal nearby within walking distance.
− The fact that the restaurant is closed Friday evening through Sunday; and no public transport to the town centre that we were made aware of, where we might have been able to get a better meal.
