House rules
The property has its own on site free car park, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, there is free parking opposite the property in the village of South Zeal and a large free and well-lit public car park 150 metres away.
We do not have a 24-hour manned reception, so please do not book here if you plan to return at night to our property after 11.20 PM.

With handmade bespoke fabrics, 2 chairs, and antique furniture, the room boasts its own small hallway leading to the en suite bathroom. The room is accessed via 2 ancient stone steps and an old oak doorway. It also includes a TV with a DVD player, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities with water and biscuits. This room is not suitable for an additional child's bed.
