Perfectly located just steps from the beautiful beach and iconic Eastbourne Pier, The Pier Hotel is your ideal base for a seaside escape. With a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafés within a 4-minute walk, including a nearby Tesco Express, you’ll have everything you need close by.
Relax in our cosy rooms, each featuring a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, ironing equipment, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer for your comfort.
Please note that we do not have a bar or restaurant on site. However, during reception hours, our staff will be happy to guide you and recommend excellent nearby dining and drinking options.
Reception is open from 14:00 to 22:00, with check-out by 10:00. Late check-in is available for an additional charge.
Please note that we are currently unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Just remember to reach out after booking with us. If you file your We Price Match claim via email, you'll need to provide us with a screenshot of and a link to the other offer. - If your current reservation is a "Partner offer" (these are labeled as such on our platform and are provided by partner companies) or if you're comparing the other offer to a "Partner Offer" on our platform.
- If you cancel your booking.
- If you book a single-unit property, which by nature can't be available elsewhere.
- Stays reserves the right to make the sole determination regarding a customer's eligibility to receive the price match.

Please note, some rooms are not big enough to accommodate an extra bed.
Late check-outs can be arranged at a small additional cost.
All parking is on the road (restrictions from May to September). There pay-and-display parking facilities available nearby at an additional cost.
The sea front can be a little lively on Saturday night up until about midnight, if noise is an issue we would advise you to book an inland room on Saturday night.

• Please inform The Pier Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
