+ Booked this early in the day by 830pm still didn’t have any check in details and/or a door code. After trying to call, the contacts phone was off. I messaged several times. By time I was contacted shortly before 9pm with the details I had already made alternative arrangements. The guy was really nice and apologetic yet 8 weeks on I’m still waiting for my money back. - Booking.com says check out is 11am. We got abruptly woken up by a horrendously rude cleaner at 8:20am banging literally banging at the door quoting ‘check-out’s at 10’. Not a great wake up and way earlier than necessary. This shouting continued throughout the hotel. This was caught on camera and worst hotel experience I have encountered out of the many countries and accommodations I have stayed. Absolutely terrible. False advertising. No response. Absolutely filthy fridge with manky food in the freezer bit. After many many years of liverpool visits, save your money and go elsewhere. Housekeeper also heard asking for cash for what we surmise was a ‘late check out’. Directly above pub, very noisy! Walls and ceiling paper thin. Management may want to review. − No hot water couldn't get hold of any one on contact number provided Being a heating engineer searched around and found the boiler repaired it After having cold shower Then received message from number provided. Instructing me where the boiler was and how to repair and reset. Not what your expecting to do at 930 at night and not part of the deal when the booking cost £50+ That sort of repair or call out by heating engineer's would be at least 3 figures

+ Central to local bars, transport links etc. Cheap and cheerful just what we needed. great bar directly under the accommodation Easy communication with owner. Comfortable bed and fridge to keep our drinks in. Liked being around the hustle and bustle of Walton vale. Ideal for anyone who likes to have a good time and not complain about noise, although rooms are soundproof we liked the windows open so noise from bar below didn’t bother us
