+ Very rural location, but as expected. Dinner service a bit slow, but it was very busy. Room was adequate, shared bathroom & toilet, so slightly inconvenient if you need the toilet in the night! Breakfast: I was in a hurry to get away early, despite very acceptable time of 7:30 on a Sunday, so proprietor made me a huge stack on bacon egg & sausage sandwiches that lasted me all day, after I’d had coffee & orange juice. Staff couldn’t be better. Very good value for money. Thankyou.

+ Lovely little cosy Inn in a beautiful location. The room I had was small but clean (why would a solo traveller need a big room?) and had everything one would need. The shared bathroom was very clean and just down a short corridor. They also provide meals of very good quality. I got the Rump steak (I know not very adventurous) but it was delicious and cooked exactly as I’d asked. The decor could be described as retro or old fashioned but the price very fairly reflects this. If you’re looking for five star hotel quality for two/three star prices then this is not the place for you. Otherwise I would highly recommend- what looks like a young couple (apologies if I’m mistaken) running the place as a project are doing a great job. ….oh and they have a very good local cask ale which was the cheapest I had on my trip!
− Nothing

+ We were very happy with the accomadation, the food was also great. The parking works very well for us (on motorbikes). The staff were friendly and the beer was very nice.
