The Sunningdale
About this property
In the charming village of Bamburgh, The Sunningdale is just 5 minutes’ walk from a magnificent castle and scenic coastline. It offers a restaurant that uses local produce and bright rooms with free Wi-Fi.
With a TV and free tea/coffee, each light, airy room also has a modern private shower room with free toiletries. Many rooms enjoy splendid views of Bamburgh Castle, the village or local farmland.
Boasting a glass ceiling, Sunningdale’s restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast including Bamburgh sausages and bacon. The evening menu includes local lamb, freshly caught fish and children’s choices.
The relaxing lounge provides cakes at lunch time, and a space to enjoy a quiet glass of wine in the evening. Pubs and restaurants in the peaceful village are just 2 minutes’ walk away.
