+ The location was good for me as close to family. It is also good for local facilities, retail, supermarkets, restaurants etc. And not too for from some nice suburban walking areas. Basically great facilities close by. Also not too far to Northampton centre. The room was spacious and clean. We also had a fridge in our room and a fridge was available for every room in the kitchen. There was a shared kitchen with all modern facilities that could be used. Also a nice patio area with table and chairs. The internet wifi worked well. The location was good for me as close to family. It is also good for local facilities, retail, supermarkets, restaura...
- At nearly sixty years of age, it was a long trek for me up to my room on the third floor. It was probably fine for most of the guests as they were all younger than me. Upon arrival, i struggled to operate the door code to get in. The numbers need to be pressed quite hard and no one told me you also have to press the # key. I then had further issues and had to phone the help desk several times to get me in. It was this issue that made me feel uncomfortable. As i pointed out to staff, i don't always carry a phone, so if i was locked out, there would have been no way of getting in. I did hear another guest on the phone having similar door code issues that i experienced. At nearly sixty years of age, it was a long trek for me up to my room on the third floor. + The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fellow guests are genial and work together to keep the place working.
− Utter chaos. The management has totally lost the plot. Overflowing bins with feral cats eating the garbage. Door codes change randomly, leaving people locked out. A guy just turned up at night and found that the room he had booked was already occupied by someone who has been here three weeks. The woman on the phone expects the problem to disappear. That is typical.
