+ Great location and stay for the wedding we attended at Clearwell Castle. Rooms very comfortable
− Communication wasn’t the best, the staff didn’t seem to communicate to each other. We booked another night stay and was told we would have to move rooms, then the rang my husband and said we don’t have to move. I was getting ready to go to the wedding and a staff member walked In the room, no knock, just opened the door. Was only told hours before hand that if we wanted dinner there was no restaurant and the local pub would need booking. So had to drive to the nearest town for dinner. No bar at the hotel either which seemed strange as a large wedding party stayed the next before

+ Breakfast good, location good, easy to find.
− We could not get an evening meal at the Wyndham, consequently had a very long walk in the rain to find a pub. The nearby pub was closed, not the fault of the Wyndham, but still inconvenient. Only other complaint was the lack of a non slip mat in the shower.
