+ OK, this place has a view that is truly beyond compare. On a clear day, you can see Mont Blanc. In the foreground lies the Rhone river and valley. Truly extraordinary. You drive straight up the hillside from the valley on a tiny road. Formerly a wealthy industrialists house, it has been converted into a lovely and somewhat grand bed-and-breakfast. + Great quiet location in the countryside on a plateau with a great view overlooking the valley/river below and only minutes away from Tournon. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was great: nice home with a huge patio with a panoramic view. Copious buffet style breakfast in the large veranda opening onto the patio; the 2 bedrooms were spacious each with its own bathroom/toilets, refrigerator and private little patio. Another freestanding little house on the property available for rental with a studio on the ground floor and a mezzanine that can sleep 4-6 people. The large property also offers a "terrain de petanque" and a heated swimming pool in the summer. Parking right on the property. Overall very nice and affordable! Merci aux proprietaires!!! + Beautiful view and area. Loved seeing the sunset and sunrise as the Domaine has an exceptional location. Just wonderful. We had coffee there in the morning and the hosts were so nice and helpful also indicating areas we could go for a walk.
− It was very noisy but not because of the hosts but because of other guests coming home late at night and being disrespectful.
