+ We made the best out of the holiday by trying not to be in the “cabin” (a shed) for much time at all. We made the best out of the holiday by trying not to be in the “cabin” (a shed) for much time at all.
- There was a bee hive in the roof, meaning every time we woke up or came back to the shed there were bees everywhere. Someone also left the window open on arrival so the bathroom was full of midges and spiders. The cups and cutlery (which were few and far between) were dirty in the cupboards. The shower is leaking in the back which drips all night long and keeps you awake. The “hot” tub was stone cold on arrival so couldn’t use until the second day - but was also full of dirt. The filter on the hot tub was so dirty that it wouldn’t work, so we also had to clean it. Keys were simply left in the door on arrival. No phone signal or internet so the TV doesn’t really do much use either. There was a bee hive in the roof, meaning every time we woke up or came back to the shed there were bees everywhere. ...

+ The location was good. The idea of the place is good but the way it's maintained is shocking.
− On arrival the reception is closed. Followed the signs to the laundry where the reception has apparently moved to. It's all locked up Noone to be seen. Found some people who seemed to live on the site who phoned the same number I had phoned 3 times. And then we got a text to say where our cabin was. At the end of a little side lane. Nice location emxt to a stream but the cabin is an old caravan that looks like it's just been forgotten about and they decided to try make £70 out of it. Open the door to dead wasps everywhere. A broken window on one side and a tap thst is nearly flooded the sink on the other. Carry on into the property. The mattress on the bed has a massive dip in it. The toilet has more dead wasps. The shower door doesn't stay open or shut. There isn't anywhere for the shower head to stand while showering. The toilet seat isn't attached properly. Oh and then the icing on the cake. The hot tub...... Yes the hot tub was warm. But that was the end of the good. It hasn't been covered so was yellow and had god knows what swirling round in it. Overall the mini anniversary night away. Was a disaster and wish I hadn't bothered.

− No hot water , dirty when we walk in , spiders, not worth booking the picture look like they were taken when it was done up it very warn down would not come back.
