+ Good location with on site parking, which is excellent for London. Easy access to local tube and overground into central London. + Feels like a budget hotel with heart. I stayed in the middle of a heatwave and the room had a fan in it, which I felt like they put there to make things a little nicer for the guest. I'd brought my own silk sheet because I knew it would be hot in the room and when they cleaned the room they also made the bed using my sheet instead of their linnen. It's the small things sometimes. + It was neat as you could want, the room was an excellent price and a good size and considering there was an extra bed in there two people could have comfortably shared at a ridiculously good rate. Towels, tea, coffee, fridge anything you could need all there! And only ten mins walk to the Victoria line so for a solo traveller made me feel very comfortable
− Only slight issue was the tv seemed to be broken (but that could have just been me being an idiot) but with the free WiFi included I could just use my phone as an alternative so no big deal

+ Great location. Easy check in and check out. Staff happy to help and easily contacted. Great to have the option of parking too. Easy walking distance from the Soho Theatre.

+ Clean room, great communication from staff, secure and with a place to park. Easily accessible by both road and public transport. Great size and value for money. Could definitely stay here longer as it has everything you need.
− Room was very warm, we were able to turn off the radiator once we realised but then had to open the window which meant we had the road noise to deal with Only 1 pillow per person which was very soft, personal preference but I prefer two pillows or if one pillow for it to be firmer.
