+ Great location near central train station, and cheaper than staying in San Gimignano. The owner is great and a great communicator and everything is brand new and the property has the latest technology. It’s like having your own modern apartment in Italy for the night. - It’s near the train tracks but it seems very sound proof, because I didn’t hear a thing or wake up to loud noises at all. It’s near the train tracks but it seems very sound proof, because I didn’t hear a thing or wake up to loud noises...

+ Modern, clean and comfortable. At walking distance from the station and the center of town. We could choose between one bed or 2 beds for 2 persons.
− The only thing I can think of is that you hear the train going by, which starts early in the morning.

+ Very beautiful and pleasant place. Clean and cozy
− but unfortunately there was nothing prepared for the child, although there was a sofa to sleep on. There was no blanket or duvet so we had to wrap him in a towel

+ La struttura è nuova e confortevole. L'host è stata gentilissima: ho avuto un problema con il frigo (legato ad un temporale) e mi ha aiutato subito, proponendosi anche di venire fisicamente per visionare e risolvere la situazione di persona.
