+ The garden overlooking the Tuscany hills is stunning. There is also a nice pool which is amazing in the hot summer days. Unfortunately during our time there the water was pretty cold ( the temperatures started dropping during the night ) The outdoor space has all the needed amenities, including solutions to protect from mosquitos - you will need them. The owners who were taking care of the amenities are extremely nice people and they helped us with everything that we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment looks nice overall - the beds are very comfy.and the bunk beds were a hit for our little one. - The apartment we stayed in - apartment 2- does not have airco. For us it was ok since it was not extremely hot during our stay but it would have been terrible if we would have arrived earlier. Apartment 2 also doesn't have any windows in the kitchen/living space and you can't leave the door open because of mosquitoes. It would be great to add a mosquito net to the door at least so that you can leave it open during the night. The apartment we stayed in - apartment 2- does not have airco. - The only negative I would have would be that the apartment has no air con so if it’s 35c-40c it’s very warm inside, and it’s hard to circulate air because of mosquitos getting in. + Everything was great. This place is a little gem and we had a time of our lives. Owner was great and the olive oil (his own production) he gave us was one the best I ever tasted! For me the selling point was EV charging point and it worked great. It’s type 2 plug and the cost was 0.50 € per kWh.

+ A perfect place for a weekend in Tuscany. Beautiful location surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Apartment was as described, clean, air-conditioning in the sitting room, well equipped small kitchen and appliances, lovely bathroom and bedroom. Would highly recommend. Great communication with the host.
