+ Great location, roughly equal distance to Bamburgh, Berwick, Craster, Alnwick, Cragside, and Lindisfarne. Perfect for a week exploring Northumberland for the first time. Well maintained, and well equipped, the host even left a bottle of wine, biscuits, tea, coffee, and fresh milk waiting for our arrival, which were very much appreciated after the drive up from Nottingham. Lovely view over the Northumberland countryside. Watching the barn swallows swooping everywhere, and the baby pheasants and parents on the field opposite from the bedroom window. Nice bee theme throughout. Peace and quiet. Great location, roughly equal distance to Bamburgh, Berwick, Craster, Alnwick, Cragside, and Lindisfarne. Perfect for...
- Getting on and off the drive was a little nerve-wracking, being on a sometimes busy A-road, but never had an actual problem, just needed to be patient and wait for traffic to pass. Occasional bumps on the head in the bedroom and bathroom, until we got used to the roof angle. Some key information like the hot water instructions are interspersed throughout the visitor book, rather than the instructions folder, so we didn't find them until late in the stay. Nothing major at all 🙂 Getting on and off the drive was a little nerve-wracking, being on a sometimes busy A-road, but never had an actual p...

+ A beautifully maintained cottage , clean, tidy, and furnished to a very high standard, I cannot see anyone finding fault or writing anything negative about this lovely property and with such amazing views and lovely touches, especially the 'bee' theme throughout. A real home from home feeling and with everything you could wish for..all the ingredients for a lovely holiday. We will definitely return and recommend this property to friends and family, Superb!!
− Absolutely nothing..an amazing place to have a break!!
