+ The flat was very spacious and comfortable, with two good-sized bedrooms and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. We really appreciated the toiletries provided, as well as the toys for children, books and board games, which were a lovely addition for families. The location was very central, with plenty of food options nearby, as well as Waitrose and Sainsbury’s within easy reach and several smaller shops directly underneath the flat. Matt was also very helpful and polite whenever we needed to clarify anything during our stay. - The flat was a little run down in places, and there was some noise from outside due to the central location, although it wasn’t enough to keep us awake at night. The TV remote was also missing when we arrived, but as watching TV wasn’t important to our stay, it didn’t cause us any real inconvenience. + We absolutely loved the balcony, it was the perfect spot to unwind and my son loved watching the planes coming over. Plenty of space for him to run around and just everything we needed. Plenty of beds and didn't need to go out to get many things when we arrived it came with everything we could need. Smack bang in the middle of everything, great hight street and next to Abbey Fields. The owners replied quickly when we were unsure of anything and were lovely. − There were a number of steps to get up to the property. Fine for us but difficult for anyone with walking issues.
