House rules
In the event of late arrival (outside reception opening hours), please inform the residence reception, whose contact details are provided in your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your call.
For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is provided, except for the kitchen and dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as optional services after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
Pets are allowed (maximum of 1 per accommodation) at an additional cost (€12/day or €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.
For group bookings (5 or more units), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us for more information.
A photo ID and a credit card may be requested at check-in.
A bank pre-authorization will be required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (subject to a satisfactory inspection).
Deposit amount depending on the length of stay:
1 night: €50 / 2 to 3 nights: €100 / 4 nights or more: €300
