- The instructions to enter the building and apartment could be better. I had to slide on door number in the app. I had no idea I had to do that. I texted on the app but the reply did not come in time. Finally, a neighbor helped us. I thank that neighbor. There was also a remote control for airconditioning but I did not know where to aim it at. I think the aircontioning was centrally controlled. There were no instructions on how to change the temperature in a particular unit. The instructions to enter the building and apartment could be better. + The flat was very clean, spacious and cosy. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect.
− I was just a bit disappointed regarding the terrasse, in this flat, the terrasse was overlooking into a restaurant, so I wish there was a just bit more privacy.

+ It’s nicely furnished and excellent location
− My room was right beside the road and walkway, so it was pretty noisy as we could hear the cars and even people talking or shouting

+ This studio has a high quality finish, very esthetic and yet super functional. The cleaning staff does a tremendous job. Also quiet on the rear side of the building (if you booked an apartment with a terrace). Didn't mind the walking distance (25-35 min. to places of interest). Supermarket is just around the corner.
− If you walk to the east side (e.g. Russafa area or Ciutat de les Arts) you need to cross the rail track. That part can feel a bit unsafe in the late evening. If you want to sleep in, be aware the cleaning staff can start between 8 and 9 sometimes. You will hear them in the hallway. Didn't make use of the terrace (although nice outlook from the studio) but it looked quite dusty. Hope the cleaning staff do the same great job outside as inside during summer season.
