House rules
Some dogs are permitted but only if they stay outside the house and there will be a 20 euro surcharge.
If any hair or fur is found inside the house at check out, 50 euros additional will be charged. If any fur or hair is on furniture, 100 euros additional will be charged
300 euros per night is for 1-3 bedrooms downstairs only-does not include the 4th bedroom upstairs
For the entire house, including the upstairs, 4th bedroom, the rate is 400 euros per night
The pool is closed between the 1st November to the 1st of April each year.
The fine print
• Please inform Valley View in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 04 Oct 2026 until Fri 16 Apr 2027

• A damage deposit of €500 is required on arrival. That's about $561. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
