- The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress supports moved so that it felt like thereby were holes in the mattress We could never get the WiFi The handle of the kitchen sink would fall off toilette cover was shattered no place to put wet towels the outer wooden front door handle fell off. The inner door lock was difficult to open. We were afraid to then lock the door no instructions how to use the washing machine too far from town center. Very difficult to get a taxi and to far to walk. the extra cost of the taxi banned out the lower rent. We actually should have rented in town. cost would have the same NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT The bed was extremely uncomfortable. - When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The photos look much better than the apartment does in reality. Its overall condition is quite poor: the toilet seat was broken, the soap dispenser was dismantled, the shower was very worn, and the bed had an extremely thin mattress. The Wi-Fi did not work either. Although the connection instructions were printed on the kitchen cabinet, the listed network was not available and we could not even find the router. Communication via WhatsApp is handled by an AI assistant that does not properly read messages and only sends generic replies. We had to urgently book another apartment that same evening and were lucky to find one, especially on such a busy day. Our refund is still not approved, and the host has still not replied to tell us when the money will be returned. When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests.
Sconsiglio!!
