- The hotel is committed to providing a safe and serene environment for everyone. To achieve this, the use of scooters, kids vehicles (electric or non-electric), skateboards, and similar items is not permitted in public areas of the hotel.
- Ramadan Restrictions apply during the holy month of Ramadan.
- This is a Non-Smoking property.
- As per government regulations, A physical valid identification (Passport, Emirates ID or GCC National ID) is required at the time of check in or visiting an in house guest.
- Please note that our check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. Rooms will be available from the standard check in time onward hence for any early arrivals we recommend that you reserve the room from the previous night. Please contact us at StayatAljada@vidahotels.com to advise your estimated time of arrival at the hotel.
- Payment Policy: No deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation (unless specified elsewhere for specific Rooms and Rates).
- Child Policy: Children up to 11 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. Meal plan charges will apply as applicable. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
- Baby cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds are available only in Suites and Penthouses and are subject to availability. Additional charges apply.
- Dining Policy: For meal plans included in the booked room rate, children aged 0-3 years dine free of charge. Children aged 4-11 years receive a 50% discount on dining charges. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate. (Not applicable on à la carte menu.)
- Groups policy: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Valet parking is available on the property.
