The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms with bathroom and TV, two double bedrooms and a triple, this has a single bed, a double bed and air conditioning.
The villa then has 7 beds and occurs 3 additional (1 double sofa bed and 1 pus bed) to accommodate up to 10 people.
Externally a comfortable and relaxing private garden of 200 square meters equipped with everything from the wood oven to the barbecue and the comfortable outdoor sofa, wooden outdoor table for 10 people and covered by the wooden porch everything is surrounded by this wonderful panorama, the colors of the seasons and the fantastic and always several sunsets on the Valle del River Farfa

For Rome you can reach the Passo Corese station in the car (25 km) and with a very comfortable train to get to the central Rome Tiburtina Station in an hour.
