+ A wonderful place full of charm – and an exceptional host! We stayed at Villa Gopal as a group of seven, and every single one of us absolutely loved it! The house is beautifully furnished, full of character and charm, and has a very special atmosphere. The location is great for families with children. It’s wonderfully peaceful and secluded, with plenty of privacy. Our kids could be kids, play, laugh and make noise without us having to worry about disturbing anyone. What truly deserves special recognition, however, is the host, Mattia. His friendliness, responsiveness and genuine willingness to help were outstanding. We had a couple of minor technical questions when we arrived, and he went above and beyond to help us resolve them, even offering to drive an hour to the property to sort things out personally. His communication was warm, friendly, patient and often humorous. You really get the feeling that he genuinely cares about his guests having a wonderful stay. It’s rare to find such a combination of a beautiful, charming property, a peaceful location and such an exceptionally helpful host. All seven of us had a fantastic time, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. An absolute 10/10. We would happily return and recommend Villa Gopal without hesitation! + Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Villa erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer: eines im zweiten und zwei weitere im dritten Stock. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit WC, Dusche und Bidet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Esstisch für sechs Personen. Dort gibt es auch einen gemütlichen Kamin. Die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer ist eher schlicht, vermittelt aber wunderbar das typisch italienische Ambiente der Toskana. Es gibt drei Doppelbetten sowie ein Kinderbett, das je nach Körpergröße ungefähr für Kinder bis 12–13 Jahre geeignet ist. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern im dritten Stock gibt es in die Decke integrierte Ventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Dafür sind die Fenster mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, sodass man nachts problemlos die Fenster öffnen und die frische Luft genießen kann. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt: Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer, verschiedene Grundnahrungsmittel und Kaffee sind vorhanden, sodass man nicht alles selbst mitbringen oder sofort einkaufen muss. Besonders schön ist der Blick aus den Fenstern auf die nahegelegene Kirche. Das regelmäßige Glockenläuten gehört für uns einfach zum besonderen italienischen Flair dazu. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Bambushain – eine sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa und Lucca. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar – zu einem schönen Strand sind es etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: Er ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und antwortet auf Nachrichten immer schnell. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
− Hinweise Die Treppen zwischen den Etagen sind sehr steil und daher für ältere Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht besonders geeignet. Auch für kleine Kinder können die Treppen gefährlich sein, daher ist hier besondere Vorsicht erforderlich. Im Außenbereich gibt es leider nur eine Bank und keine Gartenmöbel bzw. keinen Tisch, an dem man draußen essen kann. Bei der Nutzung der Elektrogeräte sollte man außerdem vorsichtig sein. Mehrere Geräte sollten nicht gleichzeitig eingeschaltet werden, da sonst die Sicherung des Hauses herausfliegen kann.

+ La struttura era spaziosa, pulita e ordinata, suddivisa su due piani (piano terra, primo piano e secondo piano) rende la casa organizzata perché al piano terra si trova salotto e cucina (insieme) e nei piani superiori sono suddivise le camere, anch’esse le abbiamo trovate pulite. Siamo rimasti colpiti anche dai bagni che erano grandi il giusto ma super curati e ben forniti di carta igienica e tutto il necessario per lavarsi (saponi) e asciugarsi (asciugamani e phon). L’ultima nota va al proprietario che è super disponibile, gentile e sicuramente merita tanto!! Se cercate la tranquillità e volete staccare dalla frenesia delle città e il luogo ideale!!!
− Naturalmente le scale dentro casa per passare da un piano all’altro, perché sono strette e ripide…però col tempo ci si abitua ma sicuramente per chi ha problemi motori potrebbe essere un problema.
