- We didn’t realize this was down the hill from the town, not really walkable, so we had to drive into town for dinner and it was not the best road to drive down at night since it was rocky, skinny, and had sharper turns. Also didn’t realize the pool we got with our room was not the same as it shows in the photos, there are multiple pools and this one is less quality. Not sure if anyone can use the nice main pool though I didn’t ask. Room said it came with view, but we had no view from our room, we had to walk out of our rooms sliding door to the side of the building to walk around the corner to go onto the shared deck with others. Lastly, in the morning I noticed just my pillow case, not on the pillow itself or anything else on the bed, had a ton of tiny reddish brown spots all over it… i hadn’t looked at any of our sheets the night before like I usually do but there’s no way I would’ve slept on that pillow had I realized. I didn’t take a picture but I notified staff as I was worried it was from bed bugs, I didn’t look hard enough to see if there was any around the bed because we were in a hurry to our next stop. But They sent me a picture and said it was not but I’m still not sure. Also still gross that they were still using that pillowcase for guests as it was very noticeable… the rest of the place was clean though. + location and overall setting is was very nice. The facilities (kitchen, swimming pool) are in promise great. The view and tranquility is amazing, yet still close to the village.
− The reception and overall state of upkeep were very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were unable to reach anyone for check-in. Number provided was incorrect. Finally, ONE person needs to manage the whole facility... which is impossible to do. (even though she really tries) Facilities hence lacked up-keep... small things, but simply due to lack of staff. Grass growing across the terras, no coffee for the coffee machine, could not turn on oven and no-one to help, could not do check-out (no one there...)

+ Tout!!!! La chambre, le decor, la ville, les 2 dames qui nous ont accueilli étaient plus que charmante! Le matin elles nous attendaient avec une merveilleuse table de petites viennoiseries et Anna nous a préparées des oeufs!!!
− Certaine porte de chambre nont pas de clef!!!
