+ The owner was very polite and kind enough to let us know that if we needed anything he would have helped us. It was clean and there was also some cookware in case you want to eat inside. Lastly, it is pretty close from the beach, only an 8-minute drive. The owner was very polite and kind enough to let us know that if we needed anything he would have helped us. It was c...
- The only downside is the road to the location which is very narrow, with some tough turns to take, as it is on top of a hill. The only downside is the road to the location which is very narrow, with some tough turns to take, as it is on top of...

+ The room was spacious and clean, it had all the facilities, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, and a large front yard that overlooked the sea. The host was very nice, we received a hair dryer upon request, and even gave us a ride to the train station when we left. The supermarket was at a 10 minute walk. - It was a bit far from the train station/beach/center. It is a half an hour walk, but the Villa is situated at the top of a hill. If you have a car it is a 5 minute drive, and the taxi from the train station is 10€. There are busses that take you to the city center, but they are at about an hour distance from one another. + Posizione tranquilla in mezzo al verde sopra Chiavari. A pochi metri giù in paese ci sono tutti i servizi che si vogliono. Bel panorama e un bello spazio all'aperto con barbecue e giochi per i bambini
