+ The staff wasn’t rude and bus stop was very close
− The room does not have minimal amenities such as a microwave, kettle, trash can. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches, a very dirty tablecloth on the table

+ Clean nicely renovated room.
− Staff was rude and pushy, I called a day ahead and confirmed a late checkin and they were no where to be found we tried calling the number on the booking and the phone number on the door for an hour and there was no answer. Another resident let us in finally and the host yelled at us for the other people letting us in. They tried to force us to pay the tax in cash and was extremely pushy about it. Honestly was the worst experience and most disrespectful situation.

+ The only positive thing about our stay was the hotel’s convenient location. The connection to Venice is excellent, as there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get to the city.
− Our stay was a complete disaster. First of all, we were charged extra because we arrived after check-in due to our flight being delayed. It was also extremely difficult to get in touch with the hotel beforehand. On top of that, our room was not cleaned at all during the four days we stayed, even though we reminded the staff every single day. We had no soap, no clean towels, no toilet paper, and the floor was never cleaned. The staff were also unfriendly from the very beginning. They were unhelpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
