- I think the location of the place was the biggest downside as there were not many things around it and it was located next to a big street without pevemengs for pedestrians. But the bus was stopping very close to it so that was really nice. Other minor things: - The description of the facility mentioned that every room had a balcony, which was not the case for our double room. - It would be nice for the indoor common areas to be a bit more taken care of, as they were not really of much use and looked very empty. - In general some pictures of the whole place were a bit misleading on how the spaces and rooms look, but I found the pictures after selecting our room accurate. Maybe it would be better to have in the main pictures in the beginning pictures of the outside and the common rooms as they are now and not so room-specific pictures that are different for different room types. - The AC was smelling weird, but we turned it off and the temperature was fine so we didn't really use it to say if it would have gotten better after a while. But in general the room was really nice, clean and comfortable. I think the location of the place was the biggest downside as there were not many things around it and it was located...

+ We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bus stop to Venice is right next to it, which made going into the city super easy. The room were very clean and comfortable. ​The owner was so nice, welcoming, and helpful with everything. Everything went great, and we would definitely stay here again.
