+ 1) Perfect location. Cozy part of Caorle, close to embankment, 10 mins to the free beach where you can go with a dog. 30 mins to the city center. 5 mins to the ferry. 2) Swim pool is adorable. Big, enough space for everybody, well kept after. Enough sunbeds, umbrellas. All ok 3) The territory around pool is full of greenery and flowers, 2 parks with kids zone. 4) Many locals in the residential complex, especially at weekend. You can see family dinners outside. 1) Perfect location. Cozy part of Caorle, close to embankment, 10 mins to the free beach where you can go with a dog....
- 1) Room location. Our room has poorest location of all the residential complex - overlooking a street with trash bins, parked cars and not finished houses of locals 2) Room view. Not cozy. Socialist vibe 3) Room equipment. Very poor... You need to bring everything with you - as if you are going to live in a tent. Bed linens, soap, kitchen cleaning stuff... The room only provides bucket, mop and toilet paper 4) Checkout: 10 am, by this time you need to be in the city center to return the keys. It is 30 mins away from the location... 5) Agency communication. Very poor. We wanted to return in August, the agent's response on rooms availability was "look at our website and choose what you like. Everything is written there". We looked at another agency website and chose more modern room with wash machine at better price 1) Room location. Our room has poorest location of all the residential complex - overlooking a street with trash bins...

+ The appartment has swimmingpool for kids and adults. 5 mins walk to the beach for our designated umbrellas with sunbeds.
− The pool opens 9:30 - 19:00. For me It is better if it opens earlier so that kids could still enjoy swimming before the check out time of 10am.

+ The apartment was located very close to the sea and approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. During our stay the fridge has broken and the agency solved it same day and replaced it for the new one. I appreciated "welcome package" on the arrival.
− The place would need deep cleaning. A lot of stuff was broken and blankets and curtains dirty. The wifi doesn't work. I also didn't like the pick up in the agency, it took extra 15 minutes time and we were tired after long journey. The storage space was insufficient too.
