+ In the website it shows curfew at night, which is not true. One can go and come whenever they want, given that you checking in before the curfew time. If you're are a tourist and looking for a affordable yet perfect place, you are looking at right one. Metro is very nearby, be cautious if your mobile doesn't support NFC, you can't really buy a metro ticket here.
− Bed width is a bit small for 2 people. No air-conditioning but a table fan is provided (I'm not sure if booking com shows air conditioning is available) just to let you know. I was happy with table fan.

− Sound insulation could be improved, could clearly hear other guests in other rooms.

+ I was very happy to have found this place, it was very affordable and the quality of the room was perfectly adequate. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the staff/owner who received me was friendly. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with a great connection into the inner city, metroststion around the corner and the 5 takes you to Bastille in about 20 minutes. There's wifi available which was also nice. It's a great choice if you're in Paris for a couple of nights and don't need anything fancy.
− The room is nothing special, you get what you pay for, but it was very clean and comfortable enough. I could hear other guests when they were coming up the stairs or in the bathroom, which was next to my room, but not when they were in their own rooms. Could be a problem if you're a light sleeper.
