+ We loved the facilities, as this is a well kept and lovely property in an excellent location within the city of Coventry, ideal for planning out excursions. Most of the facilities worked as expected and the beds were amazing. I also must say as well that the team for handling bookings were very understanding when we wanted to extend our stay due to changed circumstances at a reasonable price-I do really appreciate this We loved the facilities, as this is a well kept and lovely property in an excellent location within the city of Coven...
- I did not like the slow customer service, when I initially sent a message asking for advice on parking as we drove to Coventry for our trip, I was clearly responding to an AI chat bot which was not ideal or helpful-I understand a business cannot answer every query sent, however as I asked several times without a satisfactory answer, this was the ideal moment an actual person and not a robot would have been better to speak to. We also highlighted midway through our stay one of the 2 showers stopped providing hot water-I was asked to provide a video of the boilers status which I did to receive no response when I asked if this was something that could be fixed before we left or not. + Modern and very clean apartment in the city center on Warwick Road Easy to find, we parked in Salt Lane multi-storey car park as we used the bus to get to Warwick Uni which stops very close by on the way back which was perfect for us at midnight Spacious bedrooms, comfy beds and two bathrooms which was very important for us when there’s five of you in one apartment Within 5 minutes your in the center and everything you could need shopping,restaurants, pubs and fast food Two Weatherspoons close by for cheap breakfasts Railway Station just up the road too
− Doors inside the apartment slam if you don’t hold them to close them Which some of our group found hard to do No dishwasher Front of building outside still looks unfinished

+ Great modern and quiet property. Plenty of room to pop our heads down during a family weekend away. Fantastic communication from the owners.
− Parking outside is only for 2 hours, but the Salt Lane multi storey is a couple of mins walk and is pay on exit.
