Staff extremely friendly from the moment we checked in. Room wasn't ready but reception staff took our bags and showed us to the bar. We waited there and reception staff brought our room keys to us in the bar. They had also put our luggage in the room. Staff in the restaurant and bar extremely friendly and courteous. Rooms a hood size and very warm on a cold winters night. Beds very comfortable and bathroom a good size. The snug bar is a little gem and the guy working there, shaved head, was extremely friendly and good sense of humour. Brekkie next morning very fresh and tasty with lots of hot and cold options. Would certainly have no problems returning to or recommending this hotel
