The reception is open Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00. You will receive an email or text message with the door codes up to 24 hours prior to your arrival so you can check in outside the reception opening hours. If you have any questions or requirements, staff are located across the road at Whiteley Mill's sister accommodation, The Horse & Jockey.
