+ I had a lovely stay at Hotel Willis in Zalaegerszeg. This was actually the second time I chose this hotel, and once again I was very happy with my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre, which made it very convenient for me to get around and enjoy the town. What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, kind and helpful, and I could genuinely feel that they really care about their guests. Their attitude made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was a very good selection of fresh and tasty food, with plenty of choices to start the day with. Everything was well presented and fresh, and I really enjoyed having breakfast there each morning. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Another thing I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the hotel was. Despite being in the city centre, I could relax and enjoy a calm and comfortable stay. The level of service is outstanding and truly exceeds what you would expect for the price. The value for money is exceptional. I also had a wonderful experience at the Moroccan spa, which was a real highlight of my stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I truly felt that the guests are at the centre of everything the hotel does. From the cleanliness and excellent breakfast to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, there was a genuine feeling that guest comfort really matters. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. This was my second stay at Hotel Willis, and I know it won’t be my last. + Good location. I messaged through the rental car license plate number about 3-4 hours before arrival and on arrival the gate of the private carpark was enabled. I like this hotel because the air-conditioning is among the best - you never feel hot no matter how warm it is outside.
− Breakfast is ok. I met with some business contacts in the bar and serviced closed at 9pm.

+ Very clean and well maintained. Bedding, towels in the room all new. Rooms well equipped.
− Was on the third floor, occasionally had a little water pressure drop, but maintenance was scheduled for upgrading the day after I left. The pools on the upper floor of the baths were not available unfortunately.
